Founded in 1966, Marin Theatre, a leading professional theater in the Bay Area, creates groundbreaking, nationally recognized, socially relevant plays with a focus on new works for the American stage. The company produces six mainstage shows each season (September - July) in our intimate 231-seat theater. They also bring professional Theater for Young Audiences (TYA) to their stages, and, through a touring program, to Bay Area schools, with our four-play Family Series season.
Theatre is transformative. We believe theatre arts education can help foster the growth of compassionate, creative, and courageous individuals of all ages, and are proud to be able to provide our communities with the opportunity to engage in quality theatre arts camps and classes.
