Shoreside Fish and Mud at Marine Science Institute

Join us for a fun morning of scientific discovery. Children will get the opportunity to fish using a beach seine and collect mud samples using a Peterson mud grab. Our goals for the morning are to discover what fish and invertebrates (animals without backbones) live under the San Francisco Bay and what makes them special. This is a great hands-on science activity for children 5-12 years old and their guardians.
