Safari Run offers week-long camps that grant campers the enriching experience of connecting their minds and bodies through stimulating and socializing hands-on activities that incorporate education, fitness, science, and engineering, with an emphasis on teamwork, friendships, and fun!
Promoting a sense of empowerment and responsibility, throughout all of our weekly camps, campers earn “Safari Beads” and “Safari Dollars”, providing them a rewarding time in the arcade that brings positive attention to good choices and behavior.
All while providing parents with the joy of pictures in their emails via Shutterfly at the end of each action-packed week.

Youth Science Institute (YSI) |
We make science camps fun! YSI summer camp culture is infused with games that foster social skills and playful science camp activities that bring YSI summer camp spirit to life! Our summer science camps incorporate hiking, games, and arts & crafts and feature special programs with our live animal ambassadors.
Most importantly, our exceptional summer camp staff make our summer camps unique. We carefully screen and interview to get high-quality summer camp staff. Our team includes passionate college students, classroom teachers, and full-time YSI educators. Our summer camp staff receive training to ensure child safety, content knowledge, and customer service. Our staff are trained in CPR and first aid. Staff are also trained on state and county protocols for COVID- 19. The COVID-19 vaccination is required for all YSI Camp Staff. Our summer camp group sizes maintain a ratio of 1:7 for most camps, while fishing and biking camps maintain a 1:5 ratio, and Extended Day Camp maintains a 1:10 ratio.

Even those campers that come every summer will find something new this year.
We provide all materials so all you need to send is your child a snack for half-day camps and snacks & lunch for full-day camps. Kids also have the option of buying lunch and snacks here in the center from Bagel Guys or Starbucks if you’d like to provide them with money or a gift card. They will be supervised by staff at all times while purchasing food and eating in the studio.
All day campers who finish lunch early are free to draw, look through the fashion library or drape on the mini mannequins. |
