Time Travelers Summer Camp

Enroll your young adventurer to become a Time Traveler in Training. What were toys like in the 1850s? What sort of jobs did people have before computers? How did people dress, make art, and have fun in the past? Our chrononaut agents will learn everything they need to know to blend in seamlessly with temporal locals after our immersive crash course. After visiting museums from different time periods at History Park, camp will culminate in a trip to the future where family and friends will be invited to examine artifacts from our Time Travelers’ adventures.
History San José presenta el Campamento de Verano de Viajeros en el Tiempo: una experiencia de dos semanas en la que los campistas de 8 a 12 años obtienen experiencias prácticas para explorar el pasado. El campamento funciona de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m.
Inscribe a tu joven aventurero para que se convierta en un viajero en el tiempo en entrenamiento. ¿Cómo eran los juguetes en la década de 1850? ¿Qué tipo de trabajos tenía la gente antes de las computadoras? ¿Cómo se vestía, como hacía arte y como se divertía la gente en el pasado? Nuestros agentes “crononautas” aprenderán todo lo que necesitan saber para mezclarse a la perfección con los lugareños temporales después de nuestro curso intensivo inmersivo. Después de visitar museos de diferentes períodos de tiempo en History Park, el campamento culminará con un viaje al futuro donde se invitará a familiares y amigos a examinar los artefactos de las aventuras de nuestros Viajeros en el Tiempo.
