The perfect first step into coding and robotics!
Through hands-on activities with Bee-Bot® robots, campers discover how coding works while developing problem-solving skills and creativity. Campers will learn how to give simple commands, discover what algorithms are, and work together to create a city for their Bee-Bots to explore. Together, they'll build confidence and creativity as they learn the fundamentals of computer science in a fun, supportive environment.
Hands-On Projects:
* Build a Bee-Bot city complete with roads, buildings, and destinations.
* Program Bee-Bots to navigate through custom obstacle courses.
* Complete beginner coding challenges using simple sequences of commands.
* Work with teammates to solve robot navigation missions.
This half-day camp offers a fun and meaningful way to connect coding with the world around them while building a strong foundation in computational thinking. Code For Fun instructors are experts in computer science and strive to make every session fun and engaging for all students.
