Safe Sitter Certification | Each interactive, entertaining and engaging lesson teaches you and your friends the safety and business skills necessary to care for young children. You'll leave with 120-page Training Manual, a certification card, new business skills and confidence to care for young children on your own. Endorsed by the American Heart Association for the 6-hour total training over the 5-day camp.

Healthy Living | With the crazy number of activities and expectations placed on our girls today, their lives may spiral into an unhealthy place. At Athena Camps, together we explore many ways we can take care of our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The week is filled with creative projects, tools and talks designed to promote health, deeper understanding of, respect, and love for her body, mind and spirit in community with role models and peers.

Strong Sisters | Friendships rule a girl’s world. Navigating the social scene at any age can be filled with confusion and challenges. At Athena Camps we are all about fun as our cool coaches deliver lively activities and discussions designed to help girls wade through the rough waters of their relationship dilemmas particular to their age.
