Join Carolina Hahn from Blossom Birth and Family for Baby & Me Yoga. These yoga classes are held in a safe, comfortable and supportive indoor environment.
Families have a chance to make new friends, share their journey and bond with their babies, all while experiencing the benefits of yoga. These classes have their own special rhythm, and no prior yoga experience necessary. You and your newborn may participate as gently as you'd like.
