Heather Hill Riding Center LLC's program is highly individualized; our fundamental philosophy is based on excellence in well-rounded horsemanship. We primarily offer training in English riding, jumping, and trails. However, many of our students learn to ride Western and drive the ponies. Underlying all our instruction, students work to understand the horse's body language and effective communication between horse and rider.

NCFF offers 5-on-5, co-ed non-contact flag football for kids grade levels Pre-K - 8th grade. All league play takes place on Sundays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Teams will meet and practice 30 to 45 minutes prior to their game. Each game lasts 60 minutes, so the total weekly commitment is less than 2 hours. The season consists of 2 practice weeks, 6 regular-season games, and an end-of-season playoff tournament where teams will play at least 2 additional games.

As members of the Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association (NCJLA), the Vipers participate in all league activities and NCJLA scheduled games, including the end of season NORCAL Jamboree and the league championships. All games are played throughout the greater South Bay area.
